roomo.rent collects account information, identity verification documents, listings, marketplace activity, and communications you submit through the app to operate roommate matching, marketplace, and cleaning services.
Name, email, phone, profile photo, government ID (for safety), location details you provide, payment metadata via our payment processor, and device tokens for notifications.
To verify accounts, enable messaging and bookings, process payments in escrow, moderate community and marketplace content, and respond to support or lawful requests.
We share data with service providers (hosting, email, cloud storage, payments) only as needed to run roomo.rent. We do not sell personal data.
You can request deletion of your roomo.rent account and associated personal data:
We process requests within 30 days. We may retain limited payment, fraud-prevention, or legal records as required by law. Temporary deactivation is not the final step — after review we delete the account and associated personal data.
