Delete your roomo.rent account
Use this page if you uninstalled the app or cannot sign in. You can also request deletion in the app: Profile → Account details → Delete account.
What happens next
- We suspend the account when the request is received.
- We delete the account and associated personal data within 30 days.
- We may retain limited payment, fraud, or legal records as required by law (for example Stripe transaction references). We do not keep your profile, listings, chat, or ID documents for marketing.
